Kirk Bray joined the Rio Grande Rep team in November 2019, coming from the CE business for 20+ years, in both retail leadership and vendor management. Being in the industry has helped me spent time all over the country developing term relationships with vendors, clients and manufactures.
I absolutely love living Texas, as a huge Dallas Cowboys, San Antonio Spurs, and Texas Rangers fan. Outside of work I absolutely love to play golf, having played over 200 courses across the country. I also enjoy hunting, fishing and relaxing outdoors at the ranch all times of year.

Alan brings “a few decades of industry experience” to Rio Grande - over 30 years with a nationally renowned Texas Electronics Manufacturer’s Rep firm. Background includes 2-channel, AV integration, control, lighting, shading and more, including education work within the design community. Alan is a family man, sports enthusiast, and former instrument rated pilot. Alan’s wife Pam helps support his accounts with her specialty – Shading.

I-10 Corridor & Louisiana.A little about me: I have been actively involved in the A/V industry for over 15 years, including sales development, systems integration, and project management. I have a passion for integrating technology into peoples lives in a way that enhances their lifestyle. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids, hunting, woodworking, and serving the community.
- Growth Accounts - Sales Operations Tony comes to Momentum with over 25 years in the Consumer Electronics Industry. His understanding of B2B Sales, account management and customer service are a great addition. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and enjoying the Rocky Mountain outdoors.

- Brad Whitehead is passionate about enhancing the value of companies. With deep experience in strategic planning and execution, organizational development, business process improvement and systems, Brad works with companies to organize and harness human energy to drive toward a shared vision. Brad Whitehead holds a BA in economics and psychology from Wake Forest University and an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is also active as a certified Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) Implementer for small & medium sized businesses. He currently resides in Denver, Colorado with his wife, three children, three dogs, and a cat.
- David entered the electronics industry over 30 years ago after graduating from University of Colorado at Denver with a BA in Psychology. Inside the office David enjoys business development as well as leading the long term strategy and planning. Outside the office, David is usually somewhere in the mountains with skis, a bicycle, fly-rod or backpack.
